Custom Hospitality Experience Behind the Select Platform.
The Berkeley in Richmond represents a more customized hospitality environment where furniture must respond to the character of the property, individual room conditions, varying layouts, functionality, and specific design requirements. This project demonstrates the broader hospitality manufacturing experience behind Select by Andaaz and the ability to support projects where customization, engineering, material coordination, and design intent require a more tailored manufacturing approach.

Hospitality furniture, planned for the property
Select by Andaaz manufactures casegoods and seating for select-service and related hospitality projects. Furniture for this kind of property has to support guest use, hold a consistent finish, and repeat cleanly across the rooms in the program.
The photographs and overview describe the property context. They are project experience, not a brand endorsement or a preferred-vendor claim.
