Three ways to manufacture.

Select by Andaaz manufactures casegoods and seating for select-service hotels through prototype development, specification-driven manufacturing, and custom programs — supported by design-led project management from the first drawing through aftercare.

Primary Capabilities

Built around the way your project works

Some projects begin with a prototype. Others already have an established specification. Some properties need modifications or a custom solution. Select meets the project where it is and provides the right manufacturing path without adding unnecessary complexity.

What We Manufacture

Engineered for how hotels actually use furniture

Hospitality furniture manufacturing for guestrooms, suites, and related select-service environments, supported by design-led project management, engineering, quality control, installation support, and aftercare.

Hospitality casegoods

Casegoods

Engineered around how hotel furniture is actually used. We consider substrate selection, joinery and reinforcement, high-wear surfaces, drawer construction and glides, hardware, finish performance, installation, and serviceability — not just the finished appearance.

Hospitality seating

Seating

Performance starts inside the piece. Frame construction, joinery, reinforcement, suspension, foam, upholstery, and high-stress connection points are considered together to support comfort, durability, and real hospitality use.

Supporting Capabilities

What makes the work different

The same support runs through prototype development, specification-driven manufacturing, and custom work.

Design-Led

We understand design intent, materials, construction, and hospitality use — not just how to manufacture a drawing.

Hands-On Project Management

Dedicated project managers handle drawings, finishes, samples, approvals, production, and communication.

Finish & Sample Coordination

Finishes and samples are coordinated so approvals can happen before production is released.

Competitive Pricing + Smart Value Engineering

We price for the realities of select service and look for savings while protecting design intent, durability, and performance.

Quality Control

QC is managed throughout development and production, not only at the end.

First-Room Installation & Installer Training

Our team is there for the first room, so the installation crew understands assembly, placement, and installation before they move through the property.

Aftercare

Support continues after delivery and installation for punch items, replacement parts, warranty issues, and ongoing property needs.

Repeat Program Manufacturing

Established products are manufactured with consistency across later properties, PIPs, and renovations.

Project Journey

From the first drawing through the first room and beyond

A good program gives production, the installation crew, and the next property something reliable to build on. Plan backward from the required installation or opening date. Timing is typical and moves with scope, approvals, finishes, quantity, and freight.

  1. Plan
    1. 01 Award / PO The program is awarded and the schedule is set against the installation or opening date. Milestone
    2. 02 Kickoff Dedicated project management aligns scope, drawings, finishes, responsibilities, and communication. Week 1
  2. Develop
    1. 03 Shop Drawings & Engineering We engineer for design intent, materials, construction, manufacturability, and hospitality use. 2–4 weeks
    2. 04 Finishes / Samples Finishes and samples are developed for review before production release. 2–4 weeks, often overlapping drawings
    3. 05 Approvals Drawings, finishes, and samples move through the project and brand approval path. 1–3 weeks, client-driven
  3. Build & Deliver
    1. 06 Production Approved information is released to production, planned for repeatability and the property schedule. 8–12 weeks after approvals
    2. 07 QC Quality control runs through development and production, with a final review before shipment. Throughout, plus final review
    3. 08 Shipping Product is shipped to the property or designated receiver. 2–6 weeks
  4. Install & Support
    1. 09 First-Room Installation & Installer Training Our team is on site for the first room and trains the installation crew on assembly, placement, and installation. Typically 1–2 days on site
    2. 10 Property Installation The crew carries the same process through the rest of the property. If there is a model room, we support that as well. Project installation schedule
    3. 11 Aftercare Support continues for punch items, replacement parts, warranty issues, and ongoing property needs. Ongoing
